PAYMENT

1. What are your payment Methods? We accept PayPal, MasterCard and Visa.

2. What if I am unable to complete payment? Email us at hello@dorjeh.com and we will assist you from there.

RETURNS

1. There is a defect in my item, can I make a return? We sincerely apologise for the defect. Please kindly take a picture of the defect and send an email to hello@dorjeh.com. A one-for-one exchange will be made unless the product is out of stock. Return parcels are to reach us within 10 business days from dispatch date for orders made in Singapore, or 20 business days for international orders.

2. Can I return the item directly to Dorjeh’s office? Yes you may, but you will need an appointment with our sales representative over email (hello@dorjeh.com). Our office is located at 462 Crawford Lane 02-39 Singapore 190462.

SHIPPING

1. What are the shipping methods? All local delivery are dispatched via SingPost.

2. How long will delivery take? Normal mail will take 3-5 business days, and registered postage will take 1-3 business days upon dispatch.

3. Can we opt for self collection? Yes, simply select the method during check out. Our office is located at 462 Crawford Lane 02-39 Singapore 190462.

4. I have not received my item, what do I do? You can email us at hello@dorjeh.com with your order number and we will do a check for you. Please note that we will not be liable for any loss mails if normal mail is selected.
